Quoc received his Master of Laws at the Hanoi University of
Law.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as a legal researcher at the
Legal Research Department of Supreme Court, then an arbitrator at
the Center for International Commercial Arbitration of Vietnam.
He took part in a training course in Enforcement of Intellectual
Property Right sponsored by WIPO at the University of London.
He is involved in all the aspects of prosecution of trademark
applications through renewal, transfer of rights and proceedings
before Appeal Board.
