RIGHTS OF THE OWNER OF THE IP PROTECTION TITLES

The owners of an invention, utility solution, industrial design and trademark
shall have following rights:

  • To have exclusive right to use the patented or authorized industrial property;
  • To transfer the right to use the patented or authorized industrial property to other person;
  • To demand that the competent state authority force the persons who violate their ownership to cease such violations and to pay compensation for the damages caused.
