Yen,
an associate of WINCO, practices in the firm's Hanoi office.
Prior to pursuing her legal career, she studied at Vietnam
National University - College of Foreign Languages where she
received her Bachelor of English. Her law and agency practice
encompasses patents, trademarks dealing primarily with the
preparation and prosecution of patent applications; the drafting
and prosecution of trademark applications in Vietnam, Laos,
Cambodia and internationally; providing advice on strategies
for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property.
She has obtained Certificate of Intellectual Property issued
by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam.
She is one of the members of APAA, INTA, ECTA, VIPA (Vietnam
Industrial Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association
of Lawyers).
