Mr. Tran Thanh Phuong graduated from Hanoi Law University in 1982 and he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in 1992.

       He also takes part in training, and teaching professionals at Hanoi Law University and Judicial Academy.

       Before cooperating with Winco, he worked at people's courts. He has many years experience in litigation matters involving both civil and criminal cases, business disputes resolution and he also has a deep understanding of Vietnamese law and International law as well.
