      Ha is an associate of the firm's Hanoi office. After her graduation from Hanoi Law University, she joined the firm.

      Since she was called to the bar 1997, she has practiced in matters concerning trademarks, copyrights and related litigation and licensing. 

      She also obtained her Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Industrial Property of Vietnam. 

      She is a member of VIPA, VAL and APAA.
