Her practice emphasis is on the areas of trademark and copyright law including drafting and prosecuting of trademark applications in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and internationally, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, providing advice on strategies for maintenance and protection of intellectual property.
