Thuy, a partner of WINCO,
practices in the firm's Hanoi office. Prior to pursuing her
legal career, she studied at Vietnam National University -
College of Foreign Languages. Thuy then studied at Hanoi Law
University and joined the firm.
Her law and agency practice
encompasses preparation and prosecution of trademark
applications in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and
internationally, providing advice on strategies for the
maintenance and protection of intellectual property.
She is a
member of VIPA , INTA and ECTA.
