Dang
Thi Thanh is one of the members founding WINCO. She
graduated from Hanoi Law University and received a Master of
Law in 1995. She worked in the courts for 27 years, Former
Judge of People’s Courts of Thanh Hoa Province, member of
the Provincial Party Executive Committee (terms I, XIII, XIV), Former Chief Justice of People’s
Courts of Thanh Hoa Province, Former Deputy Chief Judge of
Criminal Court of the Supreme People’s Court.
She
has many years experiencing in trial of criminal and civil
litigations, commerce and investment cases as well as
intellectual property right infringement cases. She
successfully judged complex cases involving civil and
seriously criminal litigations.
Besides,
she also takes part in training and teaching at many
domestic universities and conferences organized by some
Ministries/Departments.
She
is one of active members of VAL (Vietnam Association of
Lawyers), VBF (Vietnam Bar Federation), APAA (Asian Patent
Attorney Association), AIPPI (International Association for
the Protection of Intellectual Property).
