Toan is an associate of Hanoi office. He is a graduate of Hanoi Law University.       

       Prior to joining WINCO, he was an associate of People’s Supreme Court. He attended a lawyer and judge training course organized by the Vietnam Ministry of Justice and many other training courses as well as international forums on intellectual property matters which were sponsored by WIPO.

       He is exclusively experienced in preparation and prosecutions of applications for intellectual property subject matters as well as dealing with any dispute on infringement and proceedings of intellectual property rights.

       He is a member of APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers).
