Thanh
is an associate of the firm's Hanoi office. He
graduated from the Hanoi University of Technology and the
Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. Prior to joining the
firm, he was an engineer of Chemical Food and Biological
Technology at Vietnam National University Hanoi.
His law and
agency practice encompasses the matters of patents and
relevant IP rights, including preparation and prosecution of
patent applications in food science, chemistry, biology,
biochemistry and genetics, and provision of advice on
strategies for maintenance and protection of intellectual
property.
He is a member of VIPA, VAL and APAA.
