He is a graduate of Hanoi Law University and Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. He is a member of the Appeal Department, specializing in all phases of trademark, copyright and patent law.

       His practice spans a wide variety of intellectual property areas, including trademark, copyright, court litigation and actions before the National Office of Intellectual Property.

       He has more than 7 years experience in the field of Intellectual Property, especially he is proficient in solving intellectual property disputes on the rights over patent, industrial design, trademark in Vietnam as well as claims for rights over intellectual property subject matters in Vietnam and trademarks in Laos and Cambodia.
