Hung is a graduate of Hanoi Law University. He is a member of the Litigation Department.

       He received a Master in intellectual property at the Emory Law School. He has been involved in intellectual property for many years.

       Prior to joining Winco, he was an associate of Law Review under the administration of Ministry of Justice.

       He represents clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.

       He is a member of ASEAN IPA (the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association), VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers).
