Yen is a graduate of Hanoi Law University. She is an associate of the firm, practising at the firm's Hanoi office. She is member of the Trademark Department.

       She has practised exclusively in the area of intellectual property law with emphasis on trademark and copyright matters, representing clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, providing advice on strategies for the maintenance and protection of intellectual property subject matters.

       Prior to being the member of WINCO, she was an associate of Vietnam Economic Times.

       She has obtained the Certificate of Intellectual Property issued by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.
