       Mr. Le Nguyen Ngu is one of the members founding WINCO.  He graduated the Lomonosov University (Russia) in 1977 .

       Prior to joining the firm, he was the former head of Science Management Department at Thai Nguyen Industrial Technology University and the Chairman of the Science Council at Hung Vuong University.

       He has many years experience in working in the field of Intellectual Property, specializing in patent of chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, medical….; disputes related to patent. He has been a successfully legal consultant for a large number of interior and exterior Patents.

       He is the member of many interior and exterior IP Organizations such as VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association), VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers), ASEAN IPA (the Asian Intellectual Property Association), APAA (Asian Patent Attorney Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association), AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
