As a member of Winco, he works at Winco's representative
office in Ho Chi Minh City. He is a graduate of Ho Chi Minh
Law University - Civil Law Department. He was awarded the
Training Certificate on Intellectual Property Law by the
Ministry of Justice.
He is exclusively experienced in preparation and prosecutions
of applications for intellectual property subject matters
as well as dealing with disputes on infringement and proceedings
of intellectual property rights.
He is now a member of INTA (International Trademark
Association), VIPA (Vietnam Industrial Property Association)
and VAL (Vietnam Association of Lawyers).
